Angel is fully qualified with Level 2 and 3 in personal training, certified from AFAA Practical Yoga instructor training, which makes working out with her both fun and motivating. She brings a positive energy to every session, pushing her clients to reach their fitness goals while keeping the atmosphere light and enjoyable. With Angel, getting in shape doesn't have to feel like a chore - it's an exciting journey towards a healthier, happier you.

What is group exercise?

Group exercise is a fun and dynamic way to stay active and healthy. Working out with others can provide motivation, accountability, and a sense of community.  Group exercise offers a variety of options to suit different interests and fitness levels. 

How long do I need to work out for?

Your current fitness levels, the type of training and the intensity all play a part in how long to exercise for. In general, the more intense the session, the shorter it can be.

We recommend 30-minutes of moderate physical activity five times a week to stay healthy.


What are the benefits of exercising in a group outdoors?

Not only is training outdoors in the fresh air good for you, it can also help to boost your Vitamin D levels! Training in the outdoors helps you to get away from closed space of office environments.
